Freshmen Get Initiated With Love and Laughter

We are so glad we enrolled here in MSU-IIT. We would miss so much if we allow this chance to slip away. 

 June 21 marked the initiation of freshmen individuals who signed on to be part of the College of Arts and Social Sciences. Ate’s and Kuya’s of the college took in the liberty of welcoming all the new meat within the college and make them officially part of team Arachnids as they entered the doors of the College of Nursing’s (CON) Conference Hall.

The program was filled with cheers from the pledges as the organizers presented them with games, talent snippets and fun. In the usual Filipino style of celebration, singing and dancing are always part of the scene. However, acting started to pour in when the program’s version of Showtime’s “Sine Mo To!” was introduced to the party. The energy in the small hall erupted as more students stepped in and share their talents with the crowd. As the program started to die down and students went on their ways home, a buzz of happiness was still around the exiting individuals who were still talking about how their night went. With that, CASS Kuya’s and Ate’s alike were successful in welcoming the little pledges.
