Sharing Culture, Shaping Future: CASSayuran Brings Tindahan ni Arning to Organization Fair 2026

As Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) welcomes students for another academic year, walkways are once again filled with new faces, while corners that were quiet during the break have now become places of interaction and conversation.

Amid all the noise and excitement, and between the hellos and kumustahans, student organizations were busy bringing their respective booths to life. On Wednesday, August 12, the Organization Fair 2026, hosted by the Council of Organizations (COO), officially opened at the Institute’ Multipurpose Hall, giving student groups the opportunity to introduce themselves whilst allowing IITians to explore organizations they may wish to join.

Among the 29 diverse organization booths, CASSayuran is pulling out all the stops to showcase an inviting space designed to spark student interest, highlight its journalistic identity, and encourage the students of College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) to join the publication.

Through Tindahan ni Arning, CASSayuran’s creative take on the theme “Pistang Bayan: Wika, Kultura, at Lakas ng Samahan,” the publication integrates Filipino culture with its mascot, Arni.

The Organization Fair 2026 continues until Friday, August 14 at the Institute’s Multipurpose Hall, featuring diverse booths from different student organizations.

With Tindahan ni Arning, CASSayuran highlights its role, inviting students to engage with its mission of campus journalism and cultural expression.
