Carlo Cabalit is the new governor of the College of Arts and Social Sciences Executive Council (CASS EC). Cabalit served as the EC’s Vice Governor during the school year’s first semester and assumed the position of Governor after Seddik Magadapa, EC Governor, graduated last October. This was in accordance to the constitution and by-laws of CASS EC. When asked how he feels about his new role, Cabalit says,
I’m just ready to take on the challenge of being the new gov.
The turn over ceremony happened on November 20, 2010 at Midway Beach Resort. The ceremony was witnessed by selected officers of the different societies as well as by other members of CASS EC. Strategic planning and team building activities were also conducted on the same date to strengthen the relationship of the officers of the College.
