The arachnids are loud and proud as Jelie Malmis joined the top 3 and seized the title of Mx. IIT Goodwill (2nd Runner Up) during the Mx. IIT Influencer coronation last April 25, 2023, at the MSU-IIT Gymansium.
As Jelie dazzled on the stage wearing her long gown, she embodied the arachnid spirit with her wits and dashing beauty. Exemplifying the true essence of an influencer, she proudly presented her advocacy during her ensemble. She wore two long gowns— a shimmering and elegant green long gown overlayed with a white one, written on it is her advocacy, “Advocating for Conquering Misinformation and Voters Empowerment.”
Jelie also won special awards such as Mx. Tellegenic, and Designer’s Choice Award; she is given 1 year free wardrobe of "Dayan Monique Amazing Couture" for her social gatherings.
As a title holder, Jelie aims to continue and promote her advocacy. Jelie says, “I would try to seek partnerships and build collaborative efforts [in order to] somehow [have my advocacy be heard.]”
