This Is CASS: Beyond Green

The seven (7) colleges showcased unique and varying qualities that encompass what it means to be at a world-class institution. The college montage consequently provides an overview of how each is distinctly contributing to the betterment of society. Yet CASS, Kamang Damang, Kamang, Kamang Damang, evidently went beyond the imagination, leaving no room for exclusion.

The College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) montage awed everyone and was seen to truly embody its core values—Kakambal ng Husay at Talino, Ang Puso at Konsensya. The teaser beforehand gradually acquired wide praise that fueled great expectation, which was fulfilled on its full showing on Day 3 of the Palakasan. Notably, the original soundtrack left catchy traces, as it has continuously been in the spotlight when one speaks about the college montage.

What is CASS?
It is the home of empaths. Like a spider to its web, CASS connects with people within the campus and beyond. More than that, it is a voice proliferator and an agent of forward-looking change. It is now in a new era of vigor and victory.

The pride of the CASS is enshrined in its long-built and gradually progressive influence. It is an open and safe space for people to counter any misconceptions and promote rights that are enshrined for all to enjoy. It recognizes socio-political realities involving the existence of myriad perspectives and knows the weight of each word bestowed.

The message of the montage clearly depicts the seven Societies—AB English Organization, Political Science Society, KAPILAS-Bayan, Historical Society, Psychology Society, Sociology Society, and Junior Philosophers’ Guild are of equal importance. Specifically, the faculty, students and staff—they produce the quality and quantity of strong familyhood in a diversified and inclusive arena.

CASS to the world. More than empaths, we serve the public right. Together, we build a greener future that will continue the legacy and mantra of conferring value to social relationships anchored on the conduct of active and efficient (re)actions.
