The Junior Philosopher's Guild proves themselves of the bigger fist as they beat historical society in the tug of war held at the CASS lawn last morning of January 24, 2023.
The historical society tried to stand on their ground and was even leading for the first few seconds, fiercely taking offense as they continuously tried to pull their rival, but the JPG stayed firm in their place, focusing on their defense and endurance.
JPG's effort to stay on its feet paid off as the historical society got exhausted and was eventually pulled to the other side, giving the victory to the junior's philosophy guild.
On the other hand, Historical society triumphs in a three-way battle against ABEO, and KAPILAS-Bayan in the hopping game of the sack race. It mainly started with seven societies but ended with the three societies competing for the top spot.
The historical society proved themselves to be the better hoppers as they championed their way with their excellent teamwork.
The players today didn't just compete; they reconnected with the roots that bind Filipinos together. These games passed down through generations, carry whispers of history, echoes of laughter, and lessons of resilience.
